Flexi time is my friend.  Although as I am currently over thirty hours in credit, this does mean I have done nearly a week's worth of free work this year.  Still, it does mean I can bugger off at 4pm if I fancy it.

Our flexi time is that if you get in before nine you can leave any time after six.

I'm the best part of 200 hours up, which is going to result in a nice long break for me very soon!

I get in around 8 every day and usually finish around 4:30.
It's very quiet at work at the moment.
Normally i'd find stuff to do if I have no work, but i'm being made redundant in a few months so who gives a fuck.

England's FIFA world ranking. 3rd in the world.

In fact. FIFA in general.

This so called Wiggins effect - everyone now sees themselves as a pro cyclist.

Exhibit A; some nonce on a brand spanking yellow & black Halford's special avec aero-helmet, complete with high-viz jacket, clearly on his first jaunt out on the bike, doing 15mph on a national speed limit B road.

Been to Logleat today with the wife and kids. For the third time on the trot some stupid cunt has frozen in the monkey pen in the middle of the fucking road so you can't pass left or right and the monkeys are having a field day. I was two back from the fucking moron and the car behind ( nice set of wheeels ) was stripped of just about every bit of plastic. they beeped the horn at the retard and in the end just went past them and took their wing mirror out.  Its not difficult, keep to the left and keep fucking rolling.

Monkeys stripping somebody else's car sounds like it should be in the 'things that make you smile' thread.
