Didn't know that. If the new one doesn't support mobiles, it's a bit bloody stupid and clearly worse!
The site is fine on My Galaxy S2 everything looks like it should and player works fine too using Dolphin HD browser. |

Agreed. However, I have a nearly two year old and when its just me and him I make a point of not using the parent and toddler spaces. I can easily get him out of the car without going near the car next to mine, and he is now very capable of walking to the door with me. As there are so few of these spaces I think sometimes people use them as a right - "I have a child so I will park near the door" - whereas some need it much more than others. Parents with two children, new mothers or people with bigger cars need the space more than I do - but I often see people similar to me using these spaces when they don't really need to - and that annoys me. |

Honestly, if you think that parking is bad in the UK you should see the way some people literally abandon their cars here in Norway. It doesn't help that most car parks are just random patches of tarmac with the odd line painted on but I can't even finding it amusing now

I used to get seriously wound up with childless people/people with teenage kids parking in parent & child spaces. Also people parking in pick-up bays so they can be right next to the door. Both are prevalent at Asda.
I switched to shopping at Sainsburys a few months ago and now don't see this happening at all. Better class of clientele you see (right, chalkiesshorts).

On a trivial child/car note, i dislike the incorrect use of Baby On Board stickers. My sister has one in her car as she sometimes looks after her husbands neices. She leaves it up permanently however, as she believes it is meant to be used to warn people getting too close to her when out and about with kids, and she thinks they should stay away from her regardless of whether she has them in the car or not.

I concur.
I've only been in post-Uni employment for 13 or so months but I don't think I have once arrived at 9 and bowled home at 5.30 prompt, like half the office.
8-6 minimum seems to be the cunting norm at the moment...

Was driving through Brighton at 9am this morning,it amazes me i see people half asleep just turning up for work...usually done at least three hours driving by then,and 9am feels like halfway through the day to me.
Now and again i yearn for the mind numbingly 9-5 shift.

Working set hours always seems a bit draconian to me. If you get your work done then the hours you work should be irrelevant.
Obviously this isnt suitable for a lot of jobs but I'd struggle to go back the culture of set hours and associated clock watching all day.
