Sky broadband.

We've been having problems for a few months now with the speed being slow, intetnet dropping out and then the router packing up.  Now the router which we had a month ago appears to have packed up.  After wasting another half hour of my life on the phone to them, a new router is being sent, but could take up to 5 days.

I'm pretty sick of it now and am considering moving our whole tv, phone and broadband package to Virgin.

Anyone got Virgin and what's it like?

Have hardly had any issues with Virgin, always good service, they replaced my wireless router to a homehub at no extra charge a few months ago.
I haven't got Tivo (yet), if you do switch, I strongly recommend you get that instead of V+.

+1 for Virgin here.  Can't fault their broadband, they are also rolling out double speed upgrades at the moment for free.  Can't wait to have mine doubled from 50 to 100 Mb  Clap

Despite being reasonably fit ( if still a fat bastard) 6 months ago, I rode my bike to work today after not really doing and running or cycling for those 6 months and it felt like I had ridden about 100 miles uphill, in to a head wind.
How come fitness takes so long to achieve but goes so quickly?

We switched to a Tivo box with Virgin a few months ago.  No installation charge...just costs an extra £3/month over & above what we were paying.  And we now get a selection of 5 or 6 channels in HD that we were previously not getting.

Very happy with Virgin.  Everything we need (and a fair bit more) at a fraction of the cost Sky would charge.  And the added bonus that I'm not putting money (directly, at any rate) in to Murdoch's pocket.
