This sort of thing happened to my sister. Her washing machine stopped working before Christmas and it took a week before anyone came out and now they have she has to wait until the parts come into stock. She took out the extra cover when she bought her washer last summer so it's a real piss take. Think they say anything on the phone just to fob you off which is an even bigger piss take.
