On a negative note did anyone else have to put up with the blotto group of Town fans who were subjecting Ritchie and Caddis to some severe and foulmouthed abuse ? Hotpoint. Freezer started to defrost everything on NYE for no apparent reason. I rang the repair line, as I have an insurance plan for it and was told the earliest date an engineer was available in the area was Tues 10 Jan. After a 5 minute rant at the woman about the exact point of having an insurance plan and what was I supposed to do until then etc and asking to speak to a supervisor, a slot was magically found for today. Magic being the operative word, because I received a phone call this morning to say there'd been an error and there wasn't actually a slot today and to top it off, the next available date is now next Thursday! What a fucking joke, nearly 2 weeks from when I rang them. Absolutely shite service and I'm severely peed off.
