Due to the knee? I've got really tight hamstrings which cause me a lot of pain, mostly on the night. Strangely exercise relieves them greatly but a few hours after they're much worse. |

Yeah, I've got a bit missing now so it's considerably weaker. Can't do much other than stretching and weights (which then pulls/tightens it again!) |
