Horrible illness. I used to suffer from it and finally had my tonsils out when I was 20.
Do they still take them out these days ?? I've had it about 5 times now and getting pissed off.

Not like they used to no. I think they leave them in unless absolutely necessary.

My friend had hers out about 3 years ago at age 30 and my brother in law had his out last year aged 42! They both ended up with quinceys which is a severe adult form of tonsillitus before they were removed though. Leaves you open to a bunch of other illnesses if you have them out.
Not in my case. I seem to have been far healthier in the 16 years since.

Croft, we were playing away at Shaw. Thankfully the ref saw that most of the players were frozen solid and called time PDQ. Though technically 15 minutes is all they should play.
My son plays for Abbey Meads. We played Croft last Sunday, but Shaw aren't in our League. Is there more than one Croft team at under 8?

I really don't understand the deep seated hatred people have for one another based solely on their geographical location or choice of football team.
Not sure I'm really cut out for this whole football lark to be honest.

I had mine out at 28. Then I got Glandular Fever, untold throat infections, suffered from Post Viral Syndrome. Rather have had them left in TBH,

Yes, "red" and "blue", I think we are red. Anyway it was the other Croft you played!

They took mine out when I was 41, not had a single illness since then in the last 5 years not even a cold or sore throat.
