I suppose the logic is that qualifications are there to prove you have the skills/knowledge to undertake the job. I know that doesn't work in reality.

Which makes it all the more delightful to know they're sinking with Yahoo. I remember when they used to make something ridiculous like $4m profit a day and eBay was getting the same amount of traffic as Google.com, with a "time on site" that, pre-facebook, was unheard of... Oh, how the mighty hath fallen. (I also like how they made their site more annoying to use - yes eBay that always results in more business, did Yahoo teach you that?)
