Displacement of mass...Archimedes....stick some small weights in the bath and watch them sink...the upward thrust of the water isn't sufficient to balance the downward pull of gravity....stick them in an empty marge pot, and the extra surface for upthrust will balance the down thrust.....however as more weight is added the tub will sink. |

Tbh, that doesn't change my view on the selfies. Whilst some were done with a donation and a bit more about why they were doing it, most of it barely even mentioned the word. Good effort though. Lets hope giving money to charity remains this trendy. |
