They never have, i used to work for them over 16 years ago and they didn't then & they haven't since. They only refund if it is genuinely faulty as they are legally required to. |

Wife took them back (Debenhams) for refund and re-ordered another pair online. They turned up and had stitching missing on the thumb. Whatever happened to quality control?  |
