Got straight on to the retailer (Tesco) this morning who said they will contact Hermes. I can't contact the courier directly unfortunately.
Tesco tell me it was signed for and they have a signature, but it's not legible.
If the signature doesn't match yours, they should send the item again. I had the same thing with an item that was supposedly signed for at my house, but hadn't turned up. I provided a copy of my signature, which was nothing like the scrawl of the signature on the card and the item was resent. It did take a few phone calls and weeks to get it sorted though. |
