They are planning to stop doing the group savers.

So if you want one you better get down there quick.

Ticket office lady told one of the lads today, they were waiting for it in writing, but had already been told that they would be banned from selling group savers for next saturday.

What a bunch of utter money grabbing cunts.

Those capitalist twats will probably double the fares if they think they can get away with it, robbing bastards.

I expected it. To be fair the trains will be rammo anyway.

They cancelled them for the Gillingham game that was on the last game of the season in 2008, because there were too many fans going to be in London that day. I think the police have something to do with it.

Few of us got National Express to London that day for Gills (it was shit).

An open return with travelcard can still be had for £30 if you split at Didcot, which is pretty reasonable IMO.

Only an hour? Swindon Travel took four hours to get us to Charlton, and on the way back took an hour go from the Valley to the very nearby o2 Arena via Kent, Essex and Dagenham.

I wish I had seen this earlier - I paid £28.90 for mine, because I saw this "group save exceptions calendar" posted online earlier:

Quite possibly, although I don't remember Tescos. I think there were quite a few on that bus who were enjoying the tour a little too much.

Including the driver by the sounds of it.
