spent yesterday at cotswold falconry centre and then batsford arboretum. ended up with the worst migraine i've ever had and was puking most of the evening... nice day though.

i don't get them that often. i think saturday's was exacerbated by a number of factors. never been so nauseus before, is there any over the counter meds you use? I used to get ones that knocked me out for days. I now use Migramax (on prescription) whenever I get one, or think I might. The last time I got one I was back at work the next day, Migramax works. I worked out that mine were caused by a lack of energy (I have a fast metabolism, despite my ample girth), or stress. So I usually manage to avoid them. It has been years now, thankfully. |

Last time we had a dry,sunny April we had mental floods in the Summer. I want some rain I planted lots of flowers 2 weeks ago and they need a good drink  |
