I spent eight hours in the sun working on my garden with my old man.  Now I'm having an extremely well earned beer.

Great fucking day.

I suffered for years with Migraines.  Happy to offer any help and advice if needed.  If not, that's fine, too. Smiley

i don't get them that often. i think saturday's was exacerbated by a number of factors. never been so nauseus before, is there any over the counter meds you use?

canon eos 400d with a 250mm telephoto lens. i've been on a bit of a photography binge recently, pretty pleased with some of the results.

I used to get ones that knocked me out for days.  I now use Migramax (on prescription) whenever I get one, or think I might.  The last time I got one I was back at work the next day, Migramax works.  I worked out that mine were caused by a lack of energy (I have a fast metabolism, despite my ample girth), or stress.  So I usually manage to avoid them.  It has been years now, thankfully.

Scruffy is THE fucking MAN!!

He looks like the sort of character that would fuck your mum while your sister has walked to the off license to get him 20 Bensons.

Sun out.  Good lady out for evening.  Sun soaked garden.  Cold beer.

I'm very happy right now.
