It's my fault because I forgot it was an early start and so missed the match.
Sorry.

Weird game
Totally Dominant for most of first half and they hit us with 3 counter attack goals.
Thought we played better today then against Stockport and Carlilse yet we lost
Just hope we can bounce back and get a win on Tuesday. Some tough games coming up and dont want us to go on a bad run

not fair at all.apart from playing kuffour onside he was our best defender.cuthbert was shocking
Sorry Arriba, I thought Greer was poor today, but no worse than several others, bizarre game really. I thought we deserved to lose (not by 4-0 though) if only for the fact that we ran out of ideas - and tempo - very easily. Yet the scoreline looks like the slave traders smashed us, they were only marginally better than us and they had all the luck going today. Let's hope that was our blip!

Ill take the blame. Was at work until 2 in a kitchen. Last time I listened to the match at work in the kitchen was the Gillingham debacle.
Sorry.

he was deffo below par,no way am i disputing that.but he kept going and it wasn't the worst defensive display as dmr's mate said it was.as below par as he was other defenders were worse.best of a bad bunch i think is fair

I'd agree, he was nowhere near that bad although he (and many others) were below par today. I'm always a bit concerned when we come up against a pacey striket, and to be fair Kuffour was lively today. The passing didn't seem as good as normal, to many passes going astray. Oh yeah, and if someone could let Danny Ward know that you are allowed to run around the full back and not just into him all the time that would probably help. When he did decide to try and run passed the full back he did look much better. It's now all about the reaction on Tuesday against the Franchise Scum, if we can go there and beat them we can all forget about this one. PS We still haven't managed to score in a defeat this season

Strange game, could have gone either way but fair play to Rovers they took their chances.
Lines is exactly the type of player we could do with - a goalscoring midfielder. Only Rovers player I would have in our first 11, Kuffour and Heffernan were decent for them as well.

I seem to recall Kuffour playing for us at some stage. Didn't he play against AFCB at Dorchester's ground when B'mth were doing their ground, I was a bit half cut that day

Cant believe Ward is getting stick when he had absolutely shit service from Sheehan. Worst performance from our full backs this season sadly. Both Charlie and Billy looked static as did our defence, but most disappointing was our complete reluctance to put a challenge in until making a couple of crap ones for bookings late in the game. A bad day for us was summed up when DW took Ferry off to show he was in the same mode as the team. Hope this wakes us up from latterly a few less than convincing games and get back to what we've shown we are really capable of.

Can't complain really.
Rovers had their tactics set out and it worked for them well. We were bound to have moments where we nearly scored, but after the first ten/fifteen minutes it became worryingly apparent we weren't going to find the net.
Kuffour and Heffernan are decent enough for this level, with the formers pace causing us no end of problems. Douglas needed to sit deeper in midfield to allow Cuthbert to drop off a couple of yards, but it never happened.
Sheehan seemingly forgot how to pass a football today, but he wasn't the only one. MOM was correct I think, JPM seemed to want it more than any of our other players, even at 3-0 down. The thing that disappointed me the most was how we were losing most 50/50 challenges. They wanted it more.
You have to say fair play to Rovers, came to do a job, rode their luck at times, but took the chances that came.
The criticism of Pericard is slightly harsh, Paynter and Austin were just as poor for me.
Day to forget really. I think we're good enough to bounce back at Franchise. Needs to happen now. It's crunch time!

Cheers. Yeah i'd have him here, if only to make sure he couldn't tear us a new one every time he gets on the pitch.
