I get the worst of both at the moment. If I had the money to buy 20 a day I'd lose weight.

You essentially end up replacing some fags with food just to try and ignore the craving. Smoking also suppresses your appetite so you eat less when smoking.
Smoking also burns calories and affects the metabolism. I am surprised at how much weight I put on but being a skinny cunt the extra was welcome, now I just need to re-distribute it from my belly to the rest of my body.

Correct... According to my Doctor. I put on two stone since quitting 3 yrs ago, but have now lost some of that again. Another fact is that with blokes it goes to the belly, & with Women it goes all over.

I think a TEF smoking club is more likely.

I won't be a part of that if it is a cigarette smoking club as I have quit and my body is now a temple. I could be interested if there is a crack smoking option though.

As long as it can be smoked it can be enjoyed by the TEF smoking club. Crack is quite good for losing weight too isn't it?

I often considering starting smoking again to lose the weight I've gained since I stopped.
I'm wondering if the damage to my health through getting fatter would be worse than the damage that would be caused by smoking. It could make for an interesting debate.

That first sentence in my last post makes no sense at all. Never mind.

Overweight people who moan about their weight really annoys me, 99% of the time its simply down to over eating and lazyness/lack of exercise
