That's fine if people want to believe that it's all opinion isn't it.Even O J Simpson was found innocent in American courts though. Just a thought

Fully agree with that. If he was so innocent, why did he pay Jordi Chandler about $16m in the early '90's?

Just had some clients ring in - they got given 2 tickets to one of his concerts and raffled them off among staff for over £2grand which was given straight to charity! - The people who won thw tickets have come int his morning demanding there money back!!!

We were still getting emails about corporate hospitality until yesterday afternoon!!

what a big old mess that is going to be! Im thinking it may take some events/hospitality companys under

Those concerts were our best hope of pulling ourselves out of the recession.

That'll be consolation for his family. Maybe you could send some flowers with that message attached?

He was a flawed genius. His albums Thriller and Bad were probably two of the best albums in the '80's, but since the early 90's his career and album sales of any new material has been on the wane, probably in a small way to all the stories about his activities with children, and when he paid off Jordi Chandler, most people associated that pay-off with guilt. Since then the allegations have not gone away, and the fact he's turned his face into a bit of a freak show due to all the plastic surgery he's had.

Due to his album sales, he should be comfortably well off, so where has all the money gone? If he had the money he should've, he wouldn't have needed to a 50 gigs at the O2.

uri geller is a plonker.jacko hated him for years, now that cunt is talking his toilet about wacko.
jacko was a genius,no doubt about it.but he was also a fucking fruitcake.
his abusive father made him what he was,so i hope his last years on the planet are awful for him and he feels guuilty as fuck(unless he's already dead?)
despite alll the wealth, fame, adulation etc. the bloke had a shit life, and a miserable one at that.
i think his death will  be a blessing in disguise for his kids(blatantly not his)as now they can be free of the oddball and live a normal life.

There is an article on the BBC website about tickets that were sold on. Looks like people who bought through eBay will be ok, either with a PayPal refund or a credit card refund. If you paid by other means or bought elsewhere you could be fucked as apparently there isn't any legal protection.

I don't have any sympathy for people that paid over the odds and lose their money. He was never going to perform all the concerts, I'd have bet my house on it if anyone was offering odds on it.

Amazingly, eBay still haven't cancelled all the ticket auctions.

Erm... tough shit they have no come back... any way if it was a raffle then the mmost they can expect back is the cost of the raffle ticket... if it was and auction then they were sold in good faith and at the very most only the face value of the ticket is refundable and that comes from the supplier of the ticket not the people that auctioned it off - if you hadn't given them the ticket at all then thats a different story

I had tickets to see MeatLoaf through Ticketmaster when the old fat fucker collapsed in Newcastle - i was refunded within a day!
If you buy of ebay most resellers will refund if there is a no show or cancellation.
The JFW Jacko Auction sounds a fucking nightmare scenario!!
I hope the Specials stay fit for the Gig at Hammersmith in November...
