I see your point, however the separation between Aldershot and Barnet away was minimal and apart from a bit of goading, there wasnt much else to write home about.
The thing i dont understand about segregation is that at places like Stamford Bridge, the Lane, Old Trafford, the Hawthorns there is just a single line of stewards/ police... no whole sections of ground fenced off... surely they could do that for some of the bigger games to maximise attendances?

Dont forget we are quiet high on the police hoolies list, even though the knuckle draggers wont be out for this.

Good point Nev, I didn't actually think of that..... I dont mind a few Posh fans in with us, providing they don't act like morons A few? I can see our end being mainly blue. Didn't the same happen with us a few years back with Sunderland fans invading the County Ground?

If these Posh "fans" wanted a ticket they would have got one! I don't have a season ticket, but haven't missed any of the big games for years because with a little bit of effort you can get one.
Personally, I'm looking forward to Saturday and hope we have as few home fans in the Away end as possible. Why would you want to restrict our fans to 500, i want to see us take as many as possible, enjoy a decent ground, make a good atmosphere and generally have a good day. We've got the right to certain % of tickets and I hope we sell as many as possible, fuck the grumpy bastards who don't want to go cos it doesn't mean enough and the lazy twats who couldn't be arsed to get a ticket a week ago.
Lets just go and have a laugh and a few beers with some mates, enjoy the sun and make a bit of noise, which is the real reason most of us go, no?

The only excuse any Posh fans without tickets can have is that they live far away from Peterborough, or they have been serving in the Armed Forces. Other than that, no sympathy.
Im looking forward to saturday, knowing that weve booked ourselves a place in a much improved League 1 next season. Cant wait.

What if they've been in hospital? Or working away? Or locked in a cellar? Or suffer from short term memory loss? Eh eh? You haven't thought it through!

I agree.
I quite honestly do not care one little bit about Saturday's game, and the last thing I want to do with my Saturday is watch another team celebrate promotion.
I am very tempted to buy a job lot of away tickets and travel up to flog them to home fans.
The problem was that the decision about how many tickets had to be made before the Rovers game. had we have needed a point (or more) from the Peterborough game we would probably have sold the 2,000 tickets.

Which stand are you in Posh Red? I should have got a ticket for the London Road end But I'm in the Moyes Road end. Wife & Sprog are in the seats. I told sprog he ought to arrange with his mates from football to meet them on the half way line after the game

Could that happen?

Even if they kicked off I can't see it happening, I don't recall there ever being a points deduction for something like that. A fine and a suspended ground closure would be the worst that could happen. Though I think Southampton are bricking it a bit after their fans kicked off against Burnley, invading the pitch and throwing a flare in to the Burnley end. Really bizarre as Southampton fans are normally as good as gold.

There was also a mention on their forum that they were on a "final warning" from the FA. I have no idea if that is true or not.
