I'm still watching, but at the moment other than explaining the few remaining unanswered questions, I don't really see where the plot is going. Although there's only 2 episodes left in this series so I' guessing a new big question will be thrown up some time soon.

I am starting to wonder now how this whole shebang is going to end. My guess is that two characters, most probably Jack and Kate go off to die in the cave, and become those skeletons that were in Season 1.  |

Another theory I have for the very end is that Desmond, who somehow seems immune to this whole 'course correction' thing, will somehow stop Oceanic Airlines Flight 815 from ever taking off.

Since smoky manifested as Alex, could it also be resurrected Locke? Hence why he couldn't be summoned by Ben - already there as Locke.
Then he (smoky lock) led Ben to Smoky's hidey hole for all that charade to play out so that Ben would unquestionably follow Locke.

So did Ben do in Penny/Desmond Jr then, or did Desmond fight him off. Hard to tell.

Watch every week mate without fail i didnt pick up the whole shadow of the statue thing i was a bit slow can anyone explain it a bit better i know the girl who who arrested saaid was the one who said but couldnt grasp why she came out with it if she hadnt been on the island before unless shes working for widmore |

I have no idea what it meant, but that "shadow of the statue" line was the bit that excited me most.
There are two things that I look forward to the most in LOST:
1) An episode with Richard Alpert in
2) Any kind of reference to that big statue thing
I also enjoyed see all the Egyptian scripture on the walls of the temple where that smoke monster thing came out of.
