Yea James, maybe not the best of a bad bunch but out of all of the candidates he's probably the only one you could imagine working with people and not winding them up.

Totally the opposite for me.

Kate wont win. She wont because Sugar has a real thing about women having maternity leave/pay. He wont forget about how she was with Philip, went to jelly and totally useless. Subsequently she was indenial about it, not just in the boardroom but back in the flat when she told Lorraine to 'never call into question her professionalism', which was an absolute outrage, she blatently took it easy with Philip and Ben. Sugar will see straight through all that. And she wears strange female suits/ties that look rediculous, like a WPC stripper outfit. But still the second best female candidate.

Yasmina is by far the best, the most intelligent and calculating of all the candidates, she will win. Margaret (the aide) likes Lorraine, but Sugar thinks she's got a screw loose and hates her 'I told you so attitude'. Debra is a monster and not nearly as good as she thinks she is. Those Margate posters were utter shite and she knows it. Good at dominating people, but low on talent.

Ben has already accepted he isnt going to win. He is a broken man. But actually he's much better now he's chilled out a bit. James is my dark horse, Sugar is very hard on him, but hard on him like he is his own son. Secretly he likes James, who is amiable and a steady performer. As is Howard, the most articulate candidate. Havnt got a clue why he got slagged off so much on the your fired show? I think Sugar see's Howard as someone he could rely on. Someone who would never embaress him, whereas James probably would.

Yasmina to win. Howard in the final.
