I never said we wouldnt get out of it but its going to the wire. We're not going to go on a run and find ourselves out of it. We're in this till the last whistle on the last day of the season and we've also got to rely on other teams results.

Also, seriously a fucking striker? Is that what we need, is it fuck? Our midfield isnt creative enough and isnt defensive enough.

Cox and Paynter will get goals and the back 5 have looked better the last few games. Its the midfield that needs improving.

Danny Wilson interview:

He's making total sense, he is annoyed.

Not as annoyed as I am with him for taking a striker of when we are chasing the game against 10 men

Fucking ludicrous

Still plenty of points to win - but to be honest... Sad

I was expecting a loss today so I don't know why I'm so disappointed, I guess it's that little bit of hope you cling onto for dear life.

I get the impression Wilson is in the Paynter works hard but doesn't score enough camp, rather than the 'links well with Cox' camp.

Brez got a bit of criticism on the goal, are we going to do the keeper hokey cokey again?

For me the midfield had always been the problem. Our "creative" players are lightweight, and our solid midfielders are defenders and (un)surprisingly are not that creative.

Somehow the fans, players, everyone need to lift themselves and have a good go at Cheltenham on Tuesday.

And if DV is right and we don't pull away soon I do not fancy the last 2 games of the season.

I think the whole midfield needs pretty much changing, I wouldn't mind seeing McGovern in the middle of the park, lets see if he can create anything.
What on earth has happened to Easton?

I've been saying all season that we wont go down, but now, i'm starting to think I might be wrong.

So he takes him off and replaces him with ............................................................. Peacock

Our midfield has been pretty shit for years. That's where the problem lies.

Take that back, I am too.

And yes I am not 100% convinced on Paynter, but I thought it strange on Tuesday he was subbed. I'll reserve judgement today as you can't tell if he was having a stinker from the commentary.

Sounded like, yes im aware the radio commentary isnt always accurate that Paynter was most likely to score.

I cant understand being 1-0 down against 10 men in our position and not putting Peacock on with Cox and Paynter.

Surely 3 strikers are better than 2?

We dont seem to create enough and I'd like to see JPM and Easton back in tuesday.

Amankwaah - Easton - Timlin - JPM

...but I expect Robson-Kanu has to start
