Anway, they've still got Feilani and Anichebe. I'd imagine they've got a few youth team players as well. If they were looking for a striker it'd only be on a short term basis anyway.

The club's made it clear that they aren't interested in selling unless the price is stupid and therefore irresistable.
Cox has made it clear that he's not really interested in going to a bigger club at this stage where he would be 3rd or 4th choice striker as soon as other players are fit.
Why is this "story" continuing to be flogged about the place?

Welll durrrr... If you moan that something might happen now, you have more of a right to a moan if it does happen later. How could the club dare to consider any offer when such respected members of the fan community have publicly voiced their concerns?

Everton can play Lukas J up front instead and pay us more money (hopefully) in the process.

If Lukas ever starts a premiership game for Everton, I'll eat my left bollock.
If Cox leaves us for a premiership club and starts a game for them this season, I'll eat my right bollock.

What with Yakubu, Saha, Vaughan and Anichebe all injured you could be tasting your left bollock sooner than you think!

Nah, he's not good enough Dan. Moyes will get someone in the window before Lukas starts.

Maybe but the window is shut for this month?
Unless he can blag an emergency loan pretty quick or Anichebe recovers quickly as the others are all out long term.
Might be a case of needs must for them
