Anyone who watched the championship this morning would have seen 3 or 4 worse tackles than Guthries, (especially Nafti at Birmingham) If we start giving years bans for tackles like that we would start running out of players.

that Nafti tackle was appalling. I seen the Guthrie incident on MOTD 2 and it was idiotic. He kicked out about 15 seconds earlier and missed.

It wasn't just a tackle, it was GBH.

It was totally premeditated and IMO he deserves more of a ban than what Taylor got for breaking Eduardo's ankle.
