How annoying was the time wasting?  Argh!  Personally I thought QPR should have been out of sight by half time, but we did well to be leading at half time, stuck on in there.

Start of the second half was a disaster, in the first half QPR kept having a spare man on Jack Smith's side and that's what caused their 2nd goal early on in the 2nd half.  What annoyed me was the style of QPR's goals, it was like they were always first to react, gutted.

Having said that another good footballing performance by Town, MM's changes are begining to pay dividends, 5 goals in 2 matches nice return.  Just need to get our defence sorted.

And Juddie think it's a bit harsh saying Brez's kicking was "ropey"  he only fluffed one kick which is about 3 below the amount Camp fluffed.  Conditions were bad and despite that one along the floor his kicking was v.good.

QPR fan here...
it was a superb match last night, both teams contributed to a great game of football.
Been reading through your comments about us- mostly positive.  I do agree with the diving comment- to be fair to Parejo, it was his first start, so he'll get used to english football.  Also, barnsley had a man sent off on sat for a shocking tackle on him, so he was always going to be a bit wary tonight. We have a new fans favourite in our no.20 Ledesma- he looks pure class.  1st half we should have been 3 or 4 up, but after our 2nd half goals, you lot were definitely on top. Mcnamee caused us problems all night, and Billy Paynter always impresses me, he caused problems for us when he was at Port Vale.  If you keep your players fit, and maybe bring in 1 or 2 more, then you have every chance of promotion this season.

Someone also commented on our no.3- damion stewart- he's not a 'regular' but with fitz hall out tonight, he had to start- he is crap!

Fair dos Superhoop, must be a bit of a change for you boys to go from watching league 1 footie x years ago to watching a new batch of potential superstars turn out for you.  20 impressed me tbh as did 7, his delivery was superb.  It'll be good to see how well you boys get on, hopefully we'll keep on playing some decent football and be there or there abouts come next May.

I thought Q.P.R. overall deserved the win, i was surprised that we went into the interval with a 2-1 lead as they could have been out of sight by then.

Ledesma looks different gwavy, although he was given far too much space out on the right by Cassell. Parejo also played well when he decided to stay on his feet (i guess he's not use to the U.K weather yet!?)

McNamee had ANOTHER good game and i also though Morrison did well (must keep hold of him and not sell him on at the first sign of a bid!)

I'll probably get some stick off my old man on Thursday when i go round my mum and dads as he's a Q.P.R fan......he'll be giving it the "der der der der HOOPS!" like he usually does.  Doh

best game at county ground for a while, cracking entertainment. QPR looked very good, but we held our own, would have loved to have had kanyuka and ifil at the back.

malpas is doing no wrong in my eyes, think back to 12 months ago. jesus christ thank god for fitton and malpas.

at half time nick watkins was behind the burger bars in the drs making sure everything ran smoothly. considering the stand is busier than last year, got served and back to my seat well before the teams came back out. and the samosas are lush. oxo shits on bovril.

Hmm I thought Brez was at fault for one of their goals where he seemed to drop it at the far post and he looked shaky at times not communicating with the defence, at the moment he is not looking the fanstatic keeper he thinks he is, he was also dodgy on crosses at times coming for them and not getting them....he needs to improve

Morrison mostly looked fine but unfortunetly lost the ball through being a bit sloppy and it lead to goal No 3 for them...but he certainly looks a good prospect

Mcnamee was good but he needs to learn how to play when he is either being marked tightly or have 2 players on him, at time I thought he gave up 2 easily he needs to attempt the run so it leaves space for other to move into with the opposition worrying about him.

Overall I thought we played well though and certainly worried QPR which must give us confidence, I think the next 3 or 4 games will give us an idea of what sort of season we can have as we have mixed bag of opposition, hopefully we can sort our away form this season and then get up the table.

Has anyone else noticed what we're doing when teams double up on McNamee? Last night, when facing two markers, Nalis came over to him, took the ball off him as well as one of the defenders marking him then passed it back to him so he had more space. We did it against Tranmere as well.

Really pleased to hear we'll looking like a good passing side.  It's been a while since that was the case.

We certainly showed glimpses of genuine passing quality - one touch, pass, move stuff which I haven't seen in a long time.

More pluses than negatives... Thought Brezovan was our poorest player if I had to choose. QPR were very, very good going forward - but allowed us, somehow, to score 2 goals in the 1st half.

I have no complaints about our midfield or attack... it's certainly encouraging stuff.

I don't get this Brezovan bashing going on today.  Don't think he was at fault for the goals, think the defence should have reacted quicker to the loose ball.  Yeah he made a mistake with one kick but recovered well by saving at the attackers feet.  Some of his handling was top notch, in difficult conditions.  The same can't be said of the championship keeper Camp, awful kicking, and dropped catches on a couple of occasions.

I can. His positioning was good but there seemed to be very little communication between him and the defenders... I'm not saying drop him - I'm saying work on it... because we will get caught out during the season if it's not sorted.
