Now won't be reopening until next Monday, due to the non arrival of the new shirts.

This is bollocks isn't it? The shop sells more than replica kits, so why isn't it going to be open on matchday, when they could flog loads of other merchandise?

Was talking about it on Monday night and apparently they might be getting mini-floodlights for the corners of the room and everything. Wickedness.

I agree.  Sounds like a cop out for it not being finished in time to me.

At least it'll be ready for the cup game. It'll be better to have it set up properly from the outset, than to re-open, be just as shit as ever and therefore put people off going in there again.

I think they should have some of those boob models with the painted on shirts to advertise them when they do come in though.

Sort it out Watkins.

I know it's against the law to criticise the new board, but they announced first it would be open for the Cardiff game, then Tranmere, now Monday. As I said at the start of this thread, there's a lot of merchandise other than replica kits they could flog, so the question is why aren't they?

Email Nick Watkins, Hertha.

It's not against the law to criticise the new board, in fact I think they have/will take on constructive criticism quite well.

I wasn't justifying the decision, merely stating it could be a bit of a cloud with a silver plated lining.
