Regardless of how i feel when i get home from a night out i allways take 2 paracetamol's with a pint of water.

I concur. Works for me every time. Apart from the times i forget.

Are we talking hangovers, or you've got a headache?  I call a hangover when you're ill due to alcohol, not just feeling a bit rough.  With a proper hangover there's no way you could go on a 5 mile run.  You're too dehydrated for a start!!

I had a hangover this morning too - made worse by te ids getting me up early even though I was off work.

Basically, you are trying to rehydrate and stock up on salt and sugar.

I always use the same routine - Lucozade (the original glucose one), 2 paracetamol and a bacon or sausage sandwich. You will be feeling chipper again after about half an hour.

I went to watch United v Juve last night and was spannered by half time. Got home about half 2 (I don;t actually know, but I brought a beer at 2.26am in my hotel, which I found untouched by my bed this morning!) Had to get up and get on a train at half 9! Then negotiate the tube in town and then come to the office.

Terrible day. Gonna soften the edges with some red tonight me thinks!
