anyone got any good ones? I'm in pieces, and an XL bacon double cheese hasn't done it for me.

There is no cure, cant do the time etc etc. Although Dells is the best bet, you''ll probably still feel like shit when you get up. It's when they last 3-4 days you need to worry.

Somehow, taking 2 paracetemol after a skinfull doesn't really sound that safe to me.

Should probably go with asprin and not paracetamol. The best thing to do is just to get up, do something, make a cup of tea, take your mind off it. Going back to bed is the absolute worse thing you can do. Or just start again.

Got this one cracked after Glastonbury. We drank cider and beer steadily all through the day and then hit the red wine all night on top of other goodies and I completely avoided hangovers using the following kit:
The below should be kept in stock at all time… Water Vitamin C Milk Thistle Barocca 5-HTP (From H&B) best taken the night before
Optional Extras… Paracetemol for headaches Alka Saltzer for gut ache Rehydration salts (available from boots) for the ultimate heavy night
The last bit of advice is to get outdoors. Nothing helps kick a hangover than a bit of fresh air and activity.
