Not a huge fan of Batman films but saw this tonight and thought it was quality. Heath Ledger (RIP) was quality as the joker. Somewhat weird as it take place seemingly before all the other Batman films but is current???

The Dark Day?

Darkie Day....in Padstow, where Strood gets chased around the village, and they all end up in Rick Stein's restaurant.

Exactly, The Dark Knight is the sequel to Batman Begins, which in know way followed the previous cartoon style format. Batman Begins was seriously good and once i get my Internet running will watch it online.

Anyone else notice how few people have even heard of Batman Begins?

Gazzza was the first for me.

Edit: Although I have some mates who were moaning about the shape of the batmobile before Begins came out. So I suppose they know about such geeky things.

As Ben says - Gazzza's the first I've come across...

Batman Begins was a very good film, never tire of watching it.  Really enjoyed Dark Night too but then I'm a missive sucker for this type of film.  Big thumbs up from me.

Really? Perhaps it just seems that way to me then. My old dear hadn't heard of the Batman Begins, but loved the previous ones... And a few mates hadn't either, yet were all set for the new one. I set them all straight though and will be lending them Batman Begins.

Like you KT, i've watched it loads, which kind of highlights an error in my previous post. I meant i will watch the Dark Knight online when my internet starts working again. (I've had no internet for nearly 2 weeks or something - I'm having to use other peoples.)
