haha

Day 2.  A lackluster display leads to defeat in the opening game, the hangovers felt by most the team reducing the effort put in. DV goes off for a sulk. "What's the point of coming if we weren't going to try and win" he moans to himself over a coke.

The boys have just ordered a shit load of pizzas to the Oxford lots room. And successfully 'borrowed' an Oxford shirt (soon to be burnt). Good work lads.

Just got back. We did win one game, and should have beaten Stockport, they were rubbish.

Some joker is the organisation committee put us and Oxford in the same building with them on the floor above us.

A quick thanks to all the TEFers who played, we improved a lot for the last two games.  Unfortunately Stockport did to us what we have done to many in the past, sat back and absorbed the pressure from a better side to win.

I'll be on to start sorting next year soon...but in the meantime we should have matches against other supporters teams during the season.  They will be on the morning of the professionals match and Tails will organise them.  So even if the tourny isn't your thing, perhaps a match on a Saturday morning will be.

Message to DV, this was far more important than winning, excellent work....

The guy who stole the shirt risked his life to get onto the balcony to retrieve it from the open window. Excellent work.

Awesome weekend, shame how it ended as we should have beaten Stockport but hopefully good fun was had by all.

The Oxford shirt thing was superb. Keep in mind we had all been drinking and poor Bunny had to climb to get the shirt in the first place!

Thanks to everyone who came once again, and big thanks to Donkey for organising it yet again. If anyone is seriously up for travelling to an away game early and playing before Town play let me know and I'll see what I can do. Obviously local teams are a preference, Brentford and Southampton definitely have teams and would probably be easiest.
