you an idea, the first two teams in odd numbered groups will kick off at
9.a.m., the third and fourth teams will kick off at 10.20 a.m. The first
two teams in even numbered groups will kick off at 9.40 a.m., the third and
fourth teams will kick off at 11.a.m.
