*BUMP* Lee Peacock cycled past my house about an hour ago as me and the lad were packing the car for a few days away. Wished him all the best for Saturday, then felt a proper divvy ("Season! I meant the season"), but he'd gone by then. He still gave us a cheery acknowledgemnt though and Joe's tickled pink that a proper footballer came past our house and said hello to him

Ed Hadwin rang me this morning!! I felt slightly like I was on the phone to someone famous! soapy tit wank!

Just spoken to Ed and he said the exact same thing. Although he didn't mention the tit wank

I met a man the other day who looked exactly like Hulk, the Porto player.  He was from Mexico, and did not appreciate his new name.  Idiot.

I saw Lloyd Macklin today. But it doesn't count as he was in the town end giving out trophies for a football course my son was on.

He got boo'ed a bit by a bunch of kids for saying his favourite Prem team was Arsenal (I think, it was hammering with rain and we were in the DRS).

the name 'Lewis Haldane' cropped up on the naughty list at work today. Not sure if its the hopeless footballer but I know he's localish (working in Chippenham atm). He hasn't returned his films!

When I was at Blockbuster Trowbridge, Lewis Haldane was renting VHS under his mums account when he first signed pro forms with Gas Smiley

Is it Blockbuster you work for in Chippenham? Does David Bolton still work there?

I once asked snooker player Stephen Lee for I.D. (not for age to prove who he was - I knew who he was) and his counterstrike was to produce a huge wad of £20 notes while finding I.D.... Touche knobhead Smiley

Also, Andy Reid was in work the other day asking about Entourage. Footballers love their Entourage.

He lives in nam I think - up on Cepen Park - Ive seen him in Sainsburys before - in normal shopping attire of full Bristol Rovers training kit plus flip flops!

ooooh If I come in later can I have a free film? Wink

Rich - yes it is BB in Chippenham, but David Bolton doesn't work there anymore. There's only 2 staff remaining from when I worked there 2 years ago.

Charlotte - of course! Always nice to have visitors at work.
