Lies and Illusions, give this a miss,I think christian slater must be cringing after appearing in this, the acting was way over the top and as wooden as can be.I really hate film's like this when the plot is half decent yet the acting and cinematography is nothing short than being amateurish.

Fake fight scenes/Camera always jumping about/guns that never need reloading and nobody can shoot straight unless they are at point blank range.

It seems they spent the whole budget on hiring slater and gooding and then cut corners on the rest of the film.

Angels and Demons, this film was top notch and kept me glued all the way through, tom hanks is such a good actor and very underated in my opinion.

Lies And Illusions (dont bother) Angels and Demons (dont miss this one out)

Saw The Messengers last night, which had made for TV written all over it.  Family move to the sticks in old school creepy house, kids see ghosts, ghosts bother family and ended with ghosts not actually being that bad.

Unoriginal, slow moving and as predictable as the next destination of that peeping brown turtle’s head.

Seven Pounds was, as TEFers have already said, good. Will Smith does a fine job as does the lovely Rosario Dawson.

Alas, I don't think I've ever cried watching a film.

You're just not man enough. All proper men cry. It's a sign of strength.

I fucking cry like a girl at any tv or film which is even vaguely emotional. Not finger pain though. Oh no.

I'm considering my post-football film for this evening.  The main contenders are Jarhead, Donnie Darko, The Interpreter or There Will Be Blood.  I have seen them all before but not for a while.  Decisions, decisions.

I watched District Nine today, which I thought was brilliant. Seems to be dividing people though.

I just watched JCVD courtesy of lovefilm online, which is good because my dvds are still sent to my address in Swindon and I was bored as fuck.

Interesting film for Van Damme and the soliloquy at one point is weird, interesting and frank all at the same time. I do think it's a bit of a marmite film though. Wouldn't go as far as saying I loved it, but worthy of a 7/10.
