I though he was going to be 18 or 19. He's 26!
Not that it means he can't do a job though.

Clearly not, having not played a premiership game - ever.

Not a Premier League player in a million years. Excellent signing for League 2 though. Just the type of player Di Canio said he was looking for.

Looks like the wages will scupper the deal, make no mistake he would be a top signing even on loan at lge 2 level.

Yeah, I think what Di Canio said in regards to wages was very fair, I agree with him 110% it wouldn't be fair to bring in one player on astronomical wages compared to the rest of the team, a loan move would be perfect but I don't know how feasible that is for them and us.

Maybe a loan move with a view to permanant with a fee agreed up front in case he does score 20+ and QPR want more for him, and then it would be dependant on the player taking a wage drop

Not a rumour, but I see Lines has left Rovers for Sheff Wednesday. Was a decent player for them - can certainly see him playing ahead of Prutton if he carries on like he did last year

Rovers fans are glad to see the back of him, they're hoping Kuffour follows him out too.

That strikes me as your typical bitter loyal-servant-turned-villain-because-he's-left point of view.

True, always seemed a decent L1 player.
