Probably FM trolling, I had a quick look and found around 12 players over 6 foot 2 Brazilians playing striker in Portugal between the ages of 22 and 24 but can't be assed to put them all up.

Silas Brindeiro of Grasshoppers in Zurich fits the bill (other than not playing in Portugal) turns 24 in 2 weeks time and is 6 foot 3.

Quote
Silas Brindeiro - A strong target man who joined in the summer from the Portuguese second division. He is yet to make his mark for Grasshoppers but could well turn into a good catch. He has physical presence is reminiscent of Marco Streller. Due to his height and strength, Brindeiro is a dangerous player inside the box, and he will be a very interesting player if he manages to make his breakthrough in the Swiss league.
