Can anyone tell me why Premier league transfer fees are never "undisclosed"?
Think most of them are floating on the open share market so have to disclose

Undisclosed transfer fees should be stopped.....the fans have a right to know how much a player is bought/sold for. Fans put money into the club...and time a plenty,it smacks of wanting to hide the facts of a deal...which in my opinion shouldn't be the case.
I want to know how much we sold Austin for.......so whats the big deal in telling us.

RE: Undisclosed fees. Sure, it'll be nice to know sums paid and received but is it really any of our business?

Course it is....if i didnt pay hundreds of pounds towards the club each season for tickets....time and more money on travel etc then maybe i would say it wasn't my buisness. Also why hide the facts?.....nothing to hide...tell us. If you dont really care fair enough...but plenty want to know how much Austin went for....how much Poole got etc.. Anyone who says the fans dont have a right to know is wrong....we have every right in my humble opinion. Anyway as usual we are left to guess.

It's still a business and unless it's legally obliged to they don't have to release any information if they choose not to.
They don't do it to hide it from the fans.

Exactly, my statement is ridiculous. That's why there's got to be more to it than people assume.
