If we got Adebola on loan and Benyon on a cheap permanent deal thanks to his contract running out in the summer I'd be very happy. That'd be a top front two at this level. Strikers work in pairs, we saw that last year, and the prospect of that front two has the potential to be as strong as Austin and Paynts

I thought that too but he has only started 4 games this season including the cup game, the rest have been as a sub and he only started 14 games last season too plus he is almost 36 so probably wants to be playing?

Danny Invincible is released by Killie.

For Gods sake DW, sign him up for half a year, just to the end of the season. He can play right wing and striker, that is just what we need.

Sign him up now!

That really would be a desperate signing! 5 years ago, maybe.

I'm sure he's entirely serious. However, being certifiably insane might negate others likelihood to entertain him. Smiley

I always wonder if Danny Invincible's career would have turned out differently if he was called Norman Shitlegs.

An anti-transfer, of sorts. Oxford United's deal for winger Jennison Myrie-Williams has collapsed because of Fifa regulations. The U's signed the 22-year-old last week but because he has already played for two clubs this season (St Johnstone and Dundee United), the deal has been prohibited.

Owen Coyle says there will be no players leaving in this window - so I assume that rules out Danny Ward returning

Wouldn't rule out a loan though as:
a) he wouldn't be "leaving"
b) a loan deal would likely be sorted after the window
