I saw on sky sports news this morning that Freddy Sears is to be loaned out next season, Zola considers him a vital part of the hammers' future and wants him to gain more match experience.
Not sure if they'd rather he went to the championship but would be pretty good at L1 level for a season.
Sears is being linked with Leyton Orient and Southend so not out of the question for us I would think.

Also Zola played here recently and may have been(or not) impressed with the set up...could tip Sears on playing on loan here,think hes good eough for the championship though and will probably play in London.
