Definitely worth a punt. You've got to imagine Butterworth is being moved on. In reference to that other post. I do still think Ameen will be gone by end of August but for that to happen he would have to have had a really good start to the season (Which would likely mean a good start for the team) and the money will need to be there. Ownership change is necessary as all of the optimism is propped up by a manager who isnt going to be here forever its paper over the cracks.

Holloway keeps saying he wants to get in an as many attacking options as he can.

Westley knows the club, he knows the players, he knows Holloway and what he demands from games, his dad is a very good mate of Holloways too, I would say that gives us the edge in signing him.

I think it'll most likely come down to where he thinks he's most likely to get game time. He knows he's not likely to be a starter here. If Accrington are likely to make to him one of the first names on the team sheet he could well want to take that gamble.

Accrington Stanley is very very close to Burnley and the pull of a starting slot must be strong for the lad but so is coming to this future seasons champions.....(I can dream).
