Maybe at half time at the first home game of the season, we could be treated to their rendition of ‘Riverdance’.

A very good defender according to Newport fans. Haven't seen a bad thing written about him yet. We seem to be building a pretty solid, physical, experienced team so far.

Good signing (based on reputation, experience…etc… I couldn’t have named him ten days ago). FBT replacement? We now need to add another like him (Sean Morrison please!) and some goals at the other end of the pitch, and a creative midfielder.

Delaney was the defender Dokes put the lovely ball past onto Glatzel at Newport away.
But hey they still beat us.

Feels like the kind of signing we've needed for years.

A big central defender with EFL experience over the last few years, sounds pretty positive to me.

Yeah. I don't know if he'll work out - but at least I can see why we are going for him.

Perfection is not attainable

This season has a similar feeling to when Flitcroft was appointed.

Signing players who know L2 and have a fair bit of experience who play a certain way which is more direct and league 2'ey.

I am all for it if it makes us better defensively and still allows us to be fairly creative in attack and far less susceptible in defence to set peices and give us better attacking options at corners.

Sam Sherring has rejected a Northampton renewal to move to a League Two club for personal reasons. We are possibly the closest club to his Dorchester roots, if those personal reasons are geography.

Ah it's Franchise.

Lord knows what those personal reasons are
