Seems he had a quad injury which required an op. His only other major injury was a rupture achilles tendon which kept him out for the entire 21/22 season. I'd rather that than someone with recurring injury problems.

This is a bit of a pointless statement and in no way am I comparing myself to a professional footballer, but I ruptured both of my achilles tendons and also had persistent recurring injuries. I'm not suggesting they go hand in hand.

Hopefully his legs are stronger than my pathetic cheese string efforts! Smiley

Big man up front required.

McKirdy did ok after coming back from what he had been through but whatever, we need a big man for some in the ilk of McKirdy to feed off.

Would like to see Tyrese Simpson back

Was at Northampton last season on loan. Does not seem to be in Huddersfield's plans for their first team. Maybe we are in the wrong league for his further development!

He had a poor season at Cobblers but I would welcome him back.

Does seem strange that some of these signings and links have injury or fitness concerns, especially as at Kennedys press conference he said "no point signing someone who is 21 and constantly injured or someone who is 31 and cant play 30 games a season"

More a Charlie Austin double in stature? Handy but not a lump. IMO

Drinnan reminds me of Billy Paynter, that stocky kind of forward.

Swindon, Colchester and Bromley are interested in former Notts County defender Richard Brindley on a free transfer. #stfc #colU #bromley

RB wouldn't seem like the obvious priority...
