Praying this is a joke

If that's the intent and calibre we're looking at, then sod renewing for next year. Will wait and see what the next few weeks brings first, and just hope we're pleasantly surprised.

I did joke a few weeks back that getting Gladwin back on loan will turn out to be our only signing in this window. I'm now worried how plausible this scenario actually sounds.

See Everton are recalling young defender from FGR. Looking to send him somewhere else!! Right age for us only 20!

Any defender who couldnt get into the worst side I have seen in many years when they played us last week certainly wouldnt get into even our defence!

I mean it, FGR had the worst team defensively and offensively I have seen in 20+ years, if he couldnt get on the pitch for them then there is no way he would start for us. FGR were utterly terrible.

Given the season is gone I actually think we should register John Trollope and play him in the last minute of every game to re-secure his record. Good vibes all round.

Gladders and Clem are close. I would imagine any move for him would be on a player/coach type role as he's definitely looking to go into management and his body seems to have given up on him.

Alternatively we are attempting to put together a walking football 5 a side team with Charlie and Gladwin a decent spine of the team.

Gladwin will be a very good manager one day. He isn’t what we need as a player right now though.

Besides anything, isn't Gladwin injured?
