Khan out, 2 in.
Cannot confirm but, he seems quite confident.

Would be extremely disappointed to lose Khan, feel he is key to how we break in transition and has improved markedly under Flynn. Would need Kemp to be a perm signing plus like for like replacement and 2 others with physicality to soften the blow.

Heard Khan was to Portsmouth but they've just signed a Chelsea fella on loan so could have calmed the interest.

Khan would be a massive loss. He's such a unique profile so can see why teams in leagues above would be after him.

last season's Kwan I'd be fine with. inconsistent with discipline issues.

he's started this season without that. big loss

"confidence player" Hughes and Flynn I think said this. Always makes me worry about getting a Chris Hay.

hopefully unfounded.

Didn't sound overly keen on keeping him did he (Hughes)

A player sold that enables Young/Kemp to be made perm, I’m all for it. Rather it was Hutton, though.

Hutton is an assist machine. We very much need this in our team.

We had a steady and hard working Rob hunt at full back and the fans wanted him out. He then wins league 2 with Leyton.

Hutton is the most productive efl right back and in the summer and now fans want him to leave.

We need to keep our best. And I include Khan in that who has always been a top drawer player to me and one that suffered under jody

We're a League Two side without major financial backing, we'll never keep our best. What we need to do is raise the overall level of the squad every time we do have to sell a star individual.

Yes, Hutton is an X Factor at this level. Looks to beat the man and will create a few good chances every match. He's critical to the side, defensive failings aside.

Agreed. But I don't think we need to sell right now.

Tbf, I didn’t say just sell him. I said if by selling him we could make Kemp/Young perms it’d be worth it.

Hunt was a bit of an assist machine. I believe he got 7 the year we won the league but people seem to not remember that.

Nixon’s Patreon:

SWINDON: Braced for bids for midfielder Khan. PORTSMOUTH, BARNSLEY, BRISTOL ROVERS all keen. Player in last year of contract, club working on replacement before agreeing any departure.

I cannot be arsed to look, but is he this seasons when we seem a lot more rounded and cohesive as a team, last season he was literally the only real assisting player, but we seem to be much more than just assisting via crosses  from the right this season?

From those stats looks like Hutton has been unlucky to only get the one assist. Still creates the vast majority of our chances.
