Transfermarkt haven't listed Gunning for a few weeks now (but did all last season), but do list Fox - which I suspect is where you end up out by one.

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/swindon-town/startseite/verein/352

So Transfermarkt have 19, I have 18 because I'm not buying that Fox is a first team pro this season until anyone at the club says he is - they didn't even announce that he was being given another year.
Heard Harvey Fox had been offered an extra year as a scholar.

Depends if we see any more departures, we are bound to get 1 or 2 more loans so it depends if the squad size gets pushed up slightly due to injuries, maybe that's where the loans will come in.

Also depends if Darcy & Shade leave or sit in the departure lounge until the window closes.

I like the look of Fox in the 6 or 7 times I have seen him play, he can pass a ball and looks decent if a little small. I hope he progresses.

Yes, that is the assumption - so he's not a first year pro exactly, just a second year scholar but actually in his third year. Lots of injuries last year I believe?

I wonder if Abu Kanu might continue to be involved with the first team squad this season given how short of depth we are up top.

Edit - at the moment.

You should have left that at 'how short we are' - Given the fact that he's not a giant! The thought of that made me chuckle more than it should.

Lack of activity on here this afternoon can only mean one thing.
2 signings announced at 5.
About time too

Is that the only thing it can mean?

I was just about to post that my positivity was taking a hit with the silence today, but now, now it is renewed!

Mate it means absolutely fuck all.
That post was more in hope and desperation than anything else.
Even if they have signed Kinsella as of July 1st, he can surely play in a pre season tomorrow if that was the unveiling as hinted to earlier.
Darcy to Crawley is apparently all but confirmed but that is from the tea ladies home carer who knows nobody and shits when she farts.
Almost as certain as my (fingers crossed) 5pm breaking news.

So we can safely say it'll be the same this time tomorrow as it is now 🤷

My sarcasm didn't land it seems!

Well i guess it will be nice to be back at the County Ground Tomorrow at least. Getting smashed by a Plymouth team that Doyle's recent retirement montages have reminded me we got promoted ahead of not too long ago. Ah to be a Swindon fan.

I have read so many have we haven't we quotes I no longer know right from wrong good from bad, sarcasm, irony or truth anymore.
Don't take anything I say other than with a pinch of salt. I take most things as gospel unless ridiculously outrageous and pass on what I hear hoping even praying they materialise. My days of Sheridans nephew passing on snippets has well gone. Not sticking up for the guy, he was a cunt but he had some serious issues at home. My nephew knows  the Austin family but no longer works for them so that has also dried up hence the tea lady 😂and I don't even know her
