Anyone who played through the season under Sheridan without having their entire bodily motivation pummeled from them should be playing for their Country.

Absolutely. Hopefully we'll get more of an inkling of what went on through podcasts & autobiographies in years to come.
A unique season in all of our Town watching careers.

Any Transfer rumours🤣

No, that’s why people are posting everything else but rumours.

What chances of a Friday at 5pm signing?

I thought that was why JJ created the not STFC Transfer Rumour thread😀

Any signing would be a bonus!

Look at this way.  Last year we signed bags of shit.  This year we have been much more environmentally friendly because we don't need a carrier bag to carry the new signings in.

If we dont get out of L2 this season then maybe Clem should delve back into our history & consider a brown envelope approach to encourage recruitment & incentivise performance?
The only crime at the time was in getting caught.

Accrington's promotion from L2 was aided by a ready supply of pizzas funded by the Chairman apparently so there are other ways.
Just need to think outside the (pizza) box.
Edit: McDonald's apparently. Not very imaginative.

Just draw on the spirit of Maradona & treat the squad to a visit to a knocking shop.

not had a Lindsey reunion rumour yet, darcy surely worth a shout 👀 - can’t see him being integral in Flynn’s plans.

A lot of us said this was an important week and had to be a busy/productive week. Yes still have tomorrow but hard to see a handful of bodies in announced in a day, two friendlies left- the first of those on Saturday.. for me we still need 5 outfield bodies in, 4 of which for the starting XI.

Given the Clayton and Devine injuries it's obviously crucial that we get players to sort the back line, and ideally a DM in as soon as possible. For me, I'd have liked to have near enough the starting XI available for Eastleigh, but at the latest some training and the Plymouth game.

I wouldn't stake my mortgage on it happening mind you.

Three loan slots available.
I suspect that they will all be used.
That won't be enough, unlikely that that they would all be first team ready.*
Still 3 maybe 4 short so the club will have to start showing some intent with offering an attractive package.

Somewhat encouraged, rightly or wrongly, that Kinsella's intentions are still unknown at this stage.

*But as we know there are loan prizes to be had from L1 & L2 clubs or was that just a case of getting lucky.

Wonder why we’ve not tired up Sam Pearson yet, horribly short of defenders we must be proper skint

My mate who's a Bristol City fan said Pearson is a winger. I asked if he could he play wing back and he wasn't convinced.
