When he signed a new contract I had the distinct impression he thought he was going to be part of the first team. I guess he may have been told that but if hasn't happened. it's a meritocracy though, that's football. as ever the rumours of wanting out are just rumours of course |

Of course. He is been bumped down the pecking order for sure. He had more game time last season, where as Darcy/Khan/Iandolo have severely limited his game time this season. I'm not convinced by Aguiar, he is quite slow, but he made an impression on a couple of games, particularly the one he scored 2. |

I’m not properly ITK and I don’t rate Ricky, but from what I’m told, I’m not sure that SL is the ‘nice guy’ that some like to think he is

I don’t disagree with you at all, but just heard a rumour he had submitted a transfer request. Maybe as some of you have said he thinks he should be getting more game time. |

He really has no man management skills in a nutshell. You don’t really need to be ITK to figure that out though do you. Whilst he probably took the job reluctantly, there’s really no excuse for not being ‘kind’ to those that are deemed not quite up to it. |
