I like Khan but wouldn’t be hugely bothered if he left. Non league last season to top of L1 in 6 months.

I’ll buck the trend & say Khan would be a loss and if it was a choice between him and Jephcott I’d rather keep Khan and send Jephcott back

I thought Khan looked good when he had a few games in the holding midfield role.

id be proper pissed off if khan went and is one we would regret as a club. there is a reason (if true) that teams at the top of league 1 are interested in him. hes the perfect gladwin replacement and coming into his best years.

you look at our centre mids of khan, reed, darcy, gladwin, aguair. hes the top of that list this season followed by gladwin. would love to see him alongside some proper centre midfield players.

Likewise
Khan shows good potential and will be a success in the future.
First player on the team sheet with this current squad.

Losing Khan already would be very disappointing.

Khan currently appears to have a limited skill set but I suspect that he is coachable and could turn out to be a real asset in a couple of years.

Don’t get too despondent. Other than Austin we know nothing about who may be coming in…

This might be a minor thing to complain about but having it all over Sky Sports News that Austin has signed and no official announcement is fucking tin pot.

Imagine If Khan goes there will be a sell on to Chesterfield unless we got him on a free.

I'm holding on to the fact that Austin wouldn't have joined unless he had assurances we will be going to strengthen in January or significantly change something in the playing style.

It's not a good look at all if Austin comes in and can't hack it in league 2. Whether it's his fault or ours makes little difference.

How much are we paying him? do we now need to offload players to cover the wages. Did Lindsay want him? did Sandro want him? it seems very much a Clem signing for me to appease supporters. Will work in the short term but I seriously wonder how this is all going to click together. He needs service.
