Christian Saydee to Shrewsbury. Same source as the above post regarding Spurs right back.

Sorry Clem.

You are not doing yourself any good my friend.

Suggest your honeymoon period is about to turn and possibly you are starting to show some not so pleasant Australian behaviour.

Really hope I am wrong but feel I am.

You are 🙂

150k ffs thought we’d get more than that

Where did you get this info out of interest? I suspect the official line will be 'undisclosed'. My own personal thought would be that somewhere between 300k-500k with a decent sell on would be 'acceptable'. I saw that Brandon Thomas-Asante has moved to West Brom but he had a sell on clause of 300k in his contract. It's not always as simple as a straight comparison but McKirdy scored double the goals Asante did last season. 150k does seem on the low side to me.

Marcus Lavinier. 21 years old from Spurs - right back. Loan signing.

Hull thought they were signing this guy so sounds promising.

A non-transfer request, but would some of the non-avatared posters mind getting one? It makes it easier (for me at least) to distinguish between posters!

Today feels like a day where it might have been useful to have some football experience in the clubs hierarchy. From owner to coaching staff it is something we really lack, someone like Chorley last year and even Jewell under Power it does seem an area where we are really lacking.

Fucking Hibs! McKirdy you’re a

I’m not wrist slashing cos he’s off - but Hibs. Desolation.

I would imagine the lure of playing at Parkhead and Ibrox at least twice a season is quite big for any professional footballer. Yes the SPL isn't a super duper standard but at a club like Hibs there are decent chances of getting to cup finals and playing in Europe. Plus Edinburgh is a cracking city to live.

I’m not entirely sure we should be looking back fondly on last seasons transfer windows should we?

Doesn’t SDM have experience from Wigan’s recruitment strategy last season?

Completely out of someone's arse just to get people to feel enraged.

No but he ultimately did get us a decent squad together in about 2 weeks last summer. I just think the lack of a proper football person familiar with how things work and the back channel discussions is a bit of a void at the club.

Fair.

Cant argue with that but deadline days definitely did is more harm than good last season

Was only there for 6 months and was just an analyst. I mean an actual football person not a former SkyBet spokesman come performance analyst.
