Wouldn’t be surprised to Simpson back fits the bill of can get goals but not fit. Would imagine it would be a loan of some kind as we couldn’t afford to £500k but who knows what’s in the pipeline

Given where he's been playing season to date, I feel McKirdy's replacement is already at the club in the form of Shade. That's not to say that we don't need reinforcements, if McKirdy goes we absolutely need another similar body in.
If anything - going on what we’ve seen so far this season I’d replace McKirdy with Darcy if we had to (and said we should have in the pre match chat for Stockport) |

Can we even have considered it enough if Hepburn-Muprhy was the extra striker they wanted? I'm not sure honestly. The striker we needed prior to McKirdy leaving was a proper number 9 given the lack of willingness to play Adeloye. |
