We seem to have sorted out lack of height at set pieces anyway!

And Liverpool.

I doubt we've seen much of the Twine money yet. But we've probably spent about £150k on the players we've brought in and, in case you forgot, we're in league two. Other than youngsters from higher league clubs most of our shopping is going to be at this level.

We're looking for players who are on the way up, rather than players that have failed to make the grade in leagues above us.

I believe the post was ironic and you've been wooshed...unless it was actually serious in which case I've been wooshed...

It’s going to be very interesting to see who fits where. In a 3-5-2, I’ve got:

                       Brynn
                       Ward

      Brennan     Baudry            Clayton
      Minturn      Harries            Devine

Hutton                                           Shade
                                                     Iandolo

                         Reed
                         Gladwin

       Williams                  Khan
        Darcy                     Aguiar

          McKirdy              Ademole
          Massey/Parsons    Wakeling

If more come in, some have to go out. It’s going to interesting to see if Lindsey can get them to click.

Dabre as well another midfield body.

Reasonably happy with what we have. Need extra full back cover but other than that, if we can get thag elusive proven striker that every team is hoping and chasing for....thats pretty much it.

Would expect Parsons and Massey to go out on loan if we get another striker in. Maybe Dabre as well.

Looks very gung ho on paper. Are we hoping to blitz opponents and to hell with the consequences.

Didn’t know we Adrian Mole signed up!

Am I right in thinking we still have three loan spaces available to use?

Well, yes, but thinking logically clubs expect their loaned players to get game time. We’re hardly likely to be signing perms for money and not playing them. I can’t really see a position in the starting XI where we haven’t got what I would presume would be a regular starter. If McKirdy/Reed leave then probably yes.

Be interesting to see if those 2 play this afternoon
