I can't see him replacing anyone anytime soon. He doesn't seem to have played any first team football since he joined EF.

If Tomlinson is out long term is there anything stopping us offering Egbo a contract until the summer? Is he a free agent? And he's training with the squad already.

Think Garner more or less said as much before the game yesterday, we'd sign him if we didn't already have players in that position. I'd be surprised if he doesn't get a deal until EOS now.

He's one of those tallish full backs as well so presumably could play in the right side of a back three?

He has played most games this season for them. 26 games and 2 goals. Benjamin Scott Chapman. https://www.kentonline.co.uk/gravesend/sport/i-ve-been-waiting-for-a-goal-so-i-ll-take-that-260082/

If we are serious about signing Egbo in the Summer then now is a perfect time to sign him on a short term deal to try him at 1st team level.

From what I could gather from the Loathed Strangers Presser podcast Egbo was training with us, but we didn't 'want' to sign him yet (until next season at the earliest) as we had enough players in his position currently. It sounds very generous that we were attempting to help him get a club abroad. Now with the injuries to Cooper and Tomlinson, as others have stated surely we'll look to bring him in on a short term deal until the end of the season?

Then Ebbsfleet really need to update their website! You wouldn't know he'd kicked a ball for them from it.

Rumours abound that Egbo has signed subject to international clearance. Courtesy of Boo, who was the ITK during the Wellens era.

Palace wanted to sign him a couple of years ago. Maybe a possibility.
